The Wine Takes Center Stage —

Inspired by the designs of a theater interior — the Japanese wine bar is designed as a 3 part 'act' — the space is divided into the entrance, then the almost sterile onyx 'corridor' of wines and lastly the final reveal of a hidden enclave that is the bar, fitted with a Japanese Hibiki wood bar top, and complimented by a 'finned' wall for sound insulation.

The logo is inspired by sumi ink calligraphy a stroke signifying the mountains, a nod to the brand’s namesake, meaning the earth.
